About

Background

Getting an AI program off the ground is harder than it looks. The challenge is rarely the technology. It is the strategy, the governance, the data foundations, the operating model, and the organizational change to make it stick. I have built all of it, and I know how each piece connects to the others.

I lead engagements that span the full AI lifecycle, from defining the business case to designing operating models to shipping agentic AI products at scale. My work spans AI strategy, data governance, process transformation, and product incubation, depending on what the problem calls for.

I work at the intersection of strategy and execution, across government, financial services, telecom, and manufacturing. My edge is understanding where things go wrong between the strategy deck and production, and how to close that gap.
